Instituto Cervantes Manchester
Instituto Cervantes in Manchester continues its storytelling series promoting children’s reading. Magaly Flores will read for you Cada verano, by María Dueñas and Sandra Carmona.
Every summer, it was the same old story. As soon as school finished, the foreigners and the kids from the city would arrive. And with them came their bikes, their roller skates, their fashionable clothes, and their different way of speaking.
This activity is based on this unfinished story about prejudice and conflict resolution.
Cada verano isn’t just a story, it’s a fun thing to do! You can get creative and think about how we can look after our planet together.
