Two respected authors, Professor Kate Brown and her book ‘Manual for Survival – A Chernobyl Guide to the Future’ and Darragh McKeon and his novel ‘All that is Solid Melts into Air’ will talk of the disaster and how they have written about it. Readings from Nobel Literature winner Svetlana Alexievich’s book ‘Voices from Chernobyl’ will also be read by screen and stage actor Maxine Peake. Linda Walker of the Chernobyl Children’s Project will also outline their work over the past 25 years.
