Photography Policy for Sun Inn Poets Events:

Please be aware that photographs or short videos may occasionally be taken during meetings, workshops, readings or special events to celebrate and record the group’s activities, and promote future events. These photographs may also be used on social media. Where practical, members and guests will be informed before photographs are taken. However, please do make it known to the event organiser or host if you do not wish to appear in any photography, and whether you do not consent to your image being shared on social media. Members are asked to respect each other’s privacy when posting photographs taken at group events on their own personal social media accounts and should seek permission from anyone who is clearly identifiable before posting. We respect everyone’s right to decide where their image goes and ask attendees to contact the event organiser if they have any concerns.
