In 1838 the writer, George Sand, and her lover, the ailing composer, Frederic Chopin, retreat to a monastery in Mallorca for a working ‘honeymoon’. Beset by damp, illness and hostile locals, the events of their ill-fated sojourn are witnessed by Blanca, the ghost of young girl, who died centuries earlier. In conversation with journalist, Deborah Grace. Pianist, Claire Dunham, plays music by Chopin.
