Join writers from Young Identity for an evening of stories, spoken word poetry and conversation inspired by our GM libraries.

Over the last few weeks, writers from Manchester’s Young Identity have been working with Festival of Libraries artist in residence, Michelle Collier to look at libraries through the lens of magical realism and speculative fiction. Together, they’ve explored what libraries mean to each of us, and asked: what could the future hold?

At this special Festival of Libraries event, Young Identity will share brand new works of poetry and fiction, conjuring personal memories and imagined visions of libraries. Join us!
