To Bee Productions is thrilled to announce its most captivating cabaret yet – “Queens of the Desert, a Queer Cabaret” in collaboration with People’s History Museum.

This dazzling evening of celebration, laughter, and sparkle is proudly sponsored by the LGBT Foundation and Manchester Pride through the Superbia Queer Arts Fund. The cabaret promises a fusion of storytelling, music, drag, poetry, spoken word, and unforgettable performances by our local, vibrant, and exceptionally talented LGBTQIA+ performers.

Crafted by the multi-award-nominated and critically acclaimed To Bee Productions, “Queens of the Desert” beckons audiences to relish in an evening of charm, comedy, and remarkable performances. Hosted in the stunning Edwardian Engine Hall, guests can enjoy a drink while the space is filled with the harmonious blend of music and laughter.

Not only an evening of entertainment, but “Queens of the Desert” also serves a greater purpose. We are proud to announce that we will be fundraising for the Trans Mutual Aid Fund. This noble organisation tirelessly redistributes resources and provides crucial support to trans and nonbinary individuals in Greater Manchester.

Join us for a night that transcends the ordinary, as we celebrate diversity, talent, and community. “Queens of the Desert” promises an unforgettable experience that not only entertains but also supports a cause close to our hearts.

Queens of the Desert, a Queer Cabaret, will be hosted by Jas Nisic, a critically acclaimed cabaret artist and founder of To Bee Productions. To Bee Productions have hosted sell-out events across North West and London including Sonata Piano & Cabaret Lounge, the Fitzgerald, and the VAULT Festival. We have been shortlisted for Best LGBTQA+ Production by QueerLit and nominated for an OffFest award for Best Theatre for two consecutive years at the 2022 and 2023 Greater Manchester Fringe.
