An evening of women’s stories, myth and metamorphosis.

What happens when we tell the stories we were taught to hide?

Join debut author Heidi Hinda Chadwick (of the Manchester based, lyrical, adult fairytale The Story Of The Deer Woman) for an intimate evening of conversation and reading exploring desire, shame, myth and transformation. In discussion with Berrin Golding, she’ll delve into the power of the stories we inherit, the ones passed between women, the ones that live in the body, the ones that shape who we become. She’ll then read from her Manchester-set adult, twisted, lyrical folktale of three women bound by longing, nature and the quiet pull of metamorphosis.

Expect warmth, honesty, and space to reflect, connect and linger.
