Our special guest is Barrow-born Ann Grant, the co-founder and host of Verbalise at Kendal’s Brewery Arts. She has been the South Cumbria Poet Laureate, and is a workshop facilitator who enjoys writing for wellbeing. Her poems have been included in exhibitions and music collaborations, and most recently in Survivor UK Zine, Ink, Sweat & Tears and Under the Radar.
