Open Mic Poetry and Spoken Word hosted by Tony Curry.
Presented by Flapjack Press & Manchester Libraries.
A FREE event every month at Manchester Central Library, St Peter’s Square, Manchester M2 5PD.

Mantz Yorke trained as a scientist, gaining a degree in industrial metallurgy before taking up a career in teaching. Later, he switched to educational research. His poems have been published widely, both in the UK and internationally, and his collections Voyager and Dark Matters are published by Dempsey & Windle.
Book your open mic slot from noon on Tues 8th March via email@example.com.
N.B. Open mic slots are 3 minutes per performer. Performance slots are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis from the stated booking day. If they are already filled you will be offered a space on the reserve list.
