Join us for our weekly Hatha Flow Yoga class – ideal for beginners or those who want to practise yoga mindfully and slowly. Incorporating traditional yoga poses alongside functional movements; the class provides the opportunity to safely stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body, whilst allowing the breath to slowly relax muscles.
Please bring your own mat. No booking just turn up on the day (but spaces are limited).
