LOORE was created in response to the need for better representation and collaboration between artist residency organisations across Estonia.
During 2026, members of the LOORE network will host artists through a funded residency program, enabling artists to make use of the different opportunities and unique networking possibilities of the various organisations. Residencies will take place from March-October 2026.
The residency hosts are: Estonian Literary Society, Kordon, Kullaaugu, Loovlinnak, Maajaam, Narva Art Residency, Tartu Artist’s Union.
Artists will receive 1550€ stipend total and 250€ travel allowance.. All residencies provide free accommodation and studio access for artists. It is possible to attend all residencies in pairs or with family, however, the grant does not cover the costs of additional participants.
To apply, first read the descriptions of each organisation – and then complete an online application form. Artists can apply for a maximum of 3 residency locations.
