Didsbury Library, in partnership with the Elizabeth Gaskell’s House, is welcoming the exhibition “I’ve never read Elizabeth Gaskell” until mid-January 2026.

As part of the exhibition we will have a special evening. Come and explore some of the writers’ work, discover more about Mrs Gaskell and meet the authors on 3rd December, 6-8pm. A great opportunity to hear about inspiration, connections and immersive processes.
