This exciting exhibition hopes to demonstrate how the comics medium can stimulate climate change action through the creation of a comic digital anthology.

The project, which is supported by the British Council is a partnership between The Lakes International Comic Art Festival (based in the UK) KOMIKET (based in the Philippines) and Creative Concern (a Manchester communications agency specialising in sustainability).

As part of the exhibition, ten internationally-recognised comic and graphic artists have been commissioned – five from the Philippines and five from the UK. They represent the diversity and quality of the medium, they will have international profiles and are influencers on social media. You can download the final PDF of the comics via the link below.
