In partnership with MMU, First Story hosts their annual Greater Manchester Connect, for secondary schools across the region.

This year our focus is on Poetry. Students will work with professional poets, take a tour around the Poetry Library and perform their work centre stage at the end of the day.

This event encourages participants to connect with each other as a community of young writers, as well as strengthen their knowledge of creative careers and pathways.

Please note: This event is open for Young Writers Programme partner schools and is by invite only.
