How to get to All the IMLD 2023 Venues

17 January 2023 - News
International Mother Language Day in Manchester is a celebration with activity across the whole of February. Long celebrations are fun, but they can also quickly feel like work if they involve too much organisation.

We wanted to make enjoying these festivities as easy as possible (including the digital brochure with the full programme to download below) and we realised that attending a venue one doesn’t know well involves working out how to get there. We know Manchester has good walking and bicycle provisions, but to help further please see below for public transport information for each of the physical venues where the in-person IMLD events are occurring.

They’re in alphabetical order for you and will hopefully help make getting to each event you’re interested in easy.

Please show us how you get on with your IMLD adventures and journeys using #MCRIMLD23 (we’re @MCRCityofLit on all platforms if you want to tag us directly as well).
