There are a multitude of independent and commercial publishers operating in Manchester, and many of them have regular submission windows where writers can submit their work for consideration.

POETRY

• PN Review: two submission windows a year, the first week of December and the last week of June.
• Confingo Publishing: accept submissions for their magazine twice a year.

FICTION

NON-FICTION

• PN Review: accept prose contributions at any time, for their news and notes, reports, letters, essays and reviews.
